Fundraising Dinner For West Papua

Please join us in raising money to help West Papuan
refugees who've been forced to flee from the
Indonesian military. Many West Papuans have escaped
over the border into Papua New Guinea, and don't have
adequate amounts of desperately needed food or medical
supplies.
We will have books about West Papua and its peoples
to look at, some cool videos we can watch if we want
to, and of course, FOOD. We'll have a bunch of tasty
vegetarian and vegan food for folks to eat while we
hang out and discuss West Papua, Freeport-McMoRan, or
anything else.
We encourage folks to try and pay as much as they can,
because all the money is going to West Papua. And
really, will you REALLY not be able to do without that
$10 or $20 dollars? That money will go a long way in
West Papua. And if you want to help out with more than
$20, that's awesome, of course. 100% of the money
raised will be going towards the much needed
humanitarian aid efforts for West Papuans.
If you want to bring a dish to make the dinner even
more awesome, you can, but there will be plenty of
food. If you bring a dish you still have to pay, too.
