The book release of "What Lies Beneath: Katrina, race and the state of the nation," a radical anthology comprised of essays from New Orleans community activists and writers, such as Kalamu Ya Salaam, Malik Rahim, Charmaine Marchand, members of INCITE!, Mayaba Liebenthal, and Jordan Flaherty of Left Turn magazine.
Talks will be given by some of the authors present.
