Duffy-palooza! NOLA NEEDS MUSIC!
I am holding a fundraiser full of local musicians
and street performers: Boo LaCrosse, Willow, Grape
Ape, Gregg Breland, Richard Rubin, \"Doc\" and more!
I am also inviting candidates: Arnie Feilkow,
Stacy Head, Stephen Saussy, Oliver Thomas, Virginia
Boulet and Scarlett Alaniz (from kenner).
Flyers have already been made. Word has gone
out to WDSU, Nola.com, WWOZ, Gambit etc.
The fundraiser is to support me, the one man
show, Charles Duffy in my bid for City Council
District C. I am the only progressive Green Party
candidate.
I stand for social justice, ecological wisdom,
grassroots democracy and most of course, music. I
want
street performers back on the street. I want a
jazzy/bluesey entertainment district on Rampart. I
want a park with amphitheatre by the river in the
Bywater. ( can you say Shakespeare Festival??)
If you find you agree with these things let me know.
I will provide pizza and beer for entertainers.

There will be an art auction (local artists) and
magicians as well. Should be awesome!
