The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will be hosting three Environmental Justice meetings on the 100-year hurricane protection projects that will affect the New Orleans East Bank community. The Corps is looking for individuals who can represent the interests of low income and minority communities, review hurricane protection projects, and determine whether the projects equitably protect all residents regardless of their income or race.

The Environmental Justice Meetings to discuss the 100-year hurricane projection projects planned for the New Orleans East Bank Community will be held at 6:30 PM on the following dates:
