Forum to discuss first draft of the Master Plan drawn up by Goody Clancy and given the force of law by last November's election. Without intensive community input and oversight the Master Plan stands to become one more failed urban renewal project which stuffs a few pockets while making whole neighborhoods unrecognizable. The one difference is that this plan is city-wide and supposedly effective for the next 20 years plus.
