Join us for a keynote address on interpreting race relations by Gregory Rodriguez, nationally acclaimed columnist and author of Mongrels, Bastards, Orphans and Vagabonds: Mexican Immigration and the Future of Race in America. Afterwards, Mr. Rodriguez will moderate a discussion among local panelists addressing the issue of black-brown relations in New Orleans.
