Survivors relive deadly 1957 Louisiana hurricane in new film All Over But To Cry. Feature documentary to premiere in New Orleans.
NEW ORLEANS, LA – New feature documentary All Over But To Cry tells the story of Hurricane Audrey, a legendary storm that killed at least 500 people in Cameron Parish, Louisiana in1957, making it the 2nd deadliest hurricane in Louisiana history.
The New Orleans premiere will take place Saturday, June 6th at 7:00 pm in the Louisiana Humanities Center at 938 Lafayette Street in New Orleans. This event is presented by the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities, which provided funding for the film through a documentary film grant. Both events are free and opened to the public.
