Many good books have been written about hurricane Katrina, but how many have been written by those living in poverty?

The moving testimonies featured in ‘Not Meant To Live Like This’ both challenge conventional views about persistent poverty in the United States today and lay bare the realities of life in New Orleans before and after Katrina. Meet the inspiring co-authors and hear their stories in their own words.
