Jonathan Adleman, Ph.D., professor of international relations at the
University of Denver, and Joseph Massad, Ph.D., assistant professor of
modern Arab politics at Columbia University, will debate the prospects and
possibilities for peace in the Arab-Israeli conflict. Six students will
respond to Adelman's and Massad's presentations. Following this, the
speakers will answer written questions from the audience. Adelman is a
senior fellow at the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies in
Washington, D.C. Massad is the author of several books and numerous
articles, and he is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of
Palestine Studies.
