There will be a comedy fundraiser for Jason Neville, a green party cantidate for State Senate in District 3, this Thursday September 18th at the Hard Rock Cafe. His invitation follows:

Dear Friends:

Please mark your calendars for a unique fundraiser for our campaign.

Three local comics will be performing Thursday, September 18th at the Hard Cafe in the French Quarter, 9PM.

Cover charge will be $5, but we're asking people to give $10 if they can afford to. We in the final weeks of the campaign and have almost reached our fundraising goal.

The up-and-coming young comic who has been very generous in putting together this great event is also producing a "Free Speech Comedy Tour" on September 11 at the Howlin' Wolf in the Warehouse District. Although this event is not associated with our campaign, it's for a great cause and will be a great time.

Hope to see y'all there!
