An interview with Charles Verdin, Chairman of the Pointe-au-Chien Indian Tribe, a small community of Indians that live along Bayou Pointe-au-Chien in South Louisiana. Members of the community were hard hit by the winds Hurricane Katrina, as well as the waters of Hurricane Rita. They've received little aid from FEMA, despite extensive damage to many homes.
