Part one is the Safe Streets presentation by Norris Henderson, David Hewitt and Xochitl Bevera.
Parts two and three are testimonies on police misconduct and brutality. Part two begins with a student, Ms. Beaman, giving a presentation on abuse of immigrant workers, followed by Sharice Harrison-Nelson talking about harrasment of the Mardi Gras Indians, and Lea Hodges describing what surivivors of the hurricane went through when trapped on an overpass in the days following the storm.
Part three is Greg Griffith, who was arrested, beaten and threatened to be killed while observing police activity, followed by Curtis Darby, police abuse survivor, community activist Chui Clarke, and John Salaan talking about police abuse of youth in his neighborhood.
Part four is the final discussion. Except for Oliver Thomas, no City Council members had any comment on the powerful testimony. At times Jackie Clarkson and Jay Batt were seen talking on their cell phones during the presentation, and Councilmember Batt spent much of the testimony wandering about the Council Chamber.
