Therefore, that explains why so much money is earned in Baldwin County through taxation on Beach Properties and yet they are financially strained and charge inmates to be housed at their jail in Bay Minette Alabama and thereby create indentured servitude and modern slavery.

The inmates are returned to the USA Government's jails. We often can not vote in Alabama if we have any felony for anything. The poor are hurt hardest. Now honest auditors are victimized.

The USA government has factions that are killing innocent men and imprisoning them. Below is an emial I sent to the Mobile Alabama City Council members and the county commission and NAACP, demanding my rights under the Open Meetings Law to enter their meetings, or to prepare for the second wave.,..my emissaries.

Hello, my name is Kurt Brown, and I am a resident of Mobile Alabama most of the year and have family here all year and we pay taxes here. I am sending this email for two purposes.

The first purpose of this email is to demand that a re-vote be taken to allow this honest auditor and government watchdog into the mobile alabama city council or that the City Council President simply abide by the Letter of the Law, the Open Meetings Law and allow Kurt Brown into the Mobile Alabama City Council meeting. Second, I have contacted the NAACP of Alabama to help me stop indentured servitude in Baldwin County Alabama. I discussed on the video at the New Orleands Indymedia link the issue of fees imposed on incarcerated inmates for their housing that creates cycles of poverty and despair. INDENTURED SERVITUDE is how the fines and fees compounded many times is leading to MODERN SLAVERY in Alabama. I and others will not tolerate that either. We will toss you out on your heads if you think you can shut us out from government and also enslave us, again. I would like to remind all that at one time, indentured servants worked with African slaves in the fields of colonial America, and they were held to the same rules and abuses, slavery.

If I had not intervened, Sheriff Jack Tillman of Mobile Alabama would likely still be Sheriff, men would still be dieing horrible deaths at the jail in Mob AL county, and emaciation of inmates would be continuing due to Tillman's thievery. I suspect Mike Dow, former Mob. AL mayor an accountant embezzled millions. Because he knew accounting and I was kept out, he succeeded.

If a vote is taken, and if I am declined entry, especially after you view the video at this link in which I was peaceful and compliant at Baldwin County on 8-15-2006, I will want to know who on the City Council voted in which direction. If a vote is not taken, I want to know who executed that order for a vote not to be taken, otherwise my emissaries will have to find out for themselves to report back to myself, and in that case, I can not control what my fellow soldiers will do, and I really do not care at that point.
