Free Tax Prep on March 2

Catholic Charities will be offering free income tax preparation services on Monday, March 2 at the Community Center of St Bernard, 1107 LeBeau St, Arabi.
Catholic Charities is pleased to be partnering with the Community Center of St. Bernard, 1107 LeBeau St. Arabi, to provide free tax preparation services every Monday in March.
The next day that Tax preparation services will be available is March 2nd from 10:00am--3:00pm. No appointment is necessary. However, these services are targeted at families with children, and are limited to those households who earned $41,646 or less during 2008 and who do not itemize their returns.
Anyone seeking assistance with their tax returns should bring their W-2 forms, proof of identification, Social Security cards for every family member that will be listed on the tax return, the ID# for their Child Care Provider (if applicable), and bank account information so that refund checks can be issued by direct deposit.
